We came together initially to support our friend to achieve a dream, and it occurred to us that there are probably lots of other people out there in a similar position to our mate, so we'd like your help to find them.
We're on the lookout for NZ Artists striving to achieve a dream. Perhaps like Sharlene they've been invited to attend an Artist Residency, or maybe they have a special project they'd like to get off the ground. If you know someone that fits this description who has an artistic dream or goal, something they are aiming towards in order to further their creative skill set or career, we'd like to here from you.
It's important to us that the people nominated are making a vested effort to help themselves achieve their dream. We are not a "funding agency" with thousands of dollars at our disposal, what we offer here at One Good Deed is another fundraising option. We can work together with the nominee to put together sound fundraising ideas and then do our best to see them to fruition. It's a team approach.
